Lørenskog HK was one of 49 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Ellingsrud Vårcup 2020. They participated with four teams in Jenter 13, Nivå 1 (født 2007) and Jenter 14, Nivå 1 (født 2006) respectively. The team in Jenter 14, Nivå 1 (født 2006) made it to the the Final in Sluttspill, but lost it against Sinsen-Refstad IL by 6-7.

In addition to this, Lørenskog HK have participated in Ellingsrud Vårcup before. During Ellingsrud Vårcup 2019, Lørenskog had 4 teams playing in Jenter 12, Nivå 1 (født 2006), Jenter 12, Nivå 2 (født 2006), Jenter 13, Nivå 1 (født 2005) and Jenter 15, Nivå 2 (født 2003) respectively. The team in Jenter 12, Nivå 2 (født 2006) made it to the the Final in Sluttspill, but lost it against Romsås IL by 7-11.

Lørenskog comes from LØRENSKOG which lies approximately 1 km from Oslo, where Ellingsrud Vårcup takes place. The area around LØRENSKOG does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Ellingsrud Vårcup 2020 (Among others: Vålerenga, Spydeberg IL, Sinsen-Refstad IL, Fjellhammer IL, Ås IL, Ullensaker/Kisa IL Håndball, Frogner IL, Skedsmo Håndballklubb, Skjetten, SSK and Ellingsrud IL).
