They participated with four teams in Jenter 12, Nivå 1 (født 2008) and Jenter 13, Nivå 1 (født 2007) respectively. The team in Jenter 13, Nivå 1 (født 2007) made it to the the Final in Sluttspilland won it over Ullensaker/Kisa IL Håndball by 10-6.
In addition to this, Fjellhammer IL have participated in Ellingsrud Vårcup before. During Ellingsrud Vårcup 2019, Fjellhammer had one team playing in Gutter 13, Nivå 2 (født 2005). The team in Gutter 13, Nivå 2 (født 2005) made it to the the Final in Sluttspilland won it over Vestre Bærum Idrettsforening by 12-10. Fjellhammer comes from Lørenskog which lies approximately 3 km from Oslo, where Ellingsrud Vårcup takes place.
