Ullern IF was one of 54 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Ellingsrud Vårcup 2024. They participated with three teams in Gutter 13, Nivå 2 (født 2010) and Jenter 12, Nivå 2 (født 2011) respectively. The team in Gutter 13, Nivå 2 (født 2010) made it to the the Semi final in Sluttspill, but lost it against Ski IL Håndball by 11-19.
In addition to this, Ullern IF have participated in Ellingsrud Vårcup before. During Ellingsrud Vårcup 2023, Ullern had one team playing in Gutter 12, Nivå 2 (født 2010). Ullern originates from Oslo, which is the same city as where Ellingsrud Vårcup takes place.
